TalentoTotal seeks highly motivated Afro-descendant and Indigenous (ADI) young professionals who have a passion for business leadership and are dedicated to leading positive change in their countries and communities.  If you have the desire to be a transformative leader in the private sector, the TotalMBA Prep Program may be the program for you!

PROGRAM TIMELINE

The TotalMBA Prep Program is a free (no cost) 12-month program that consists of personalized guidance and strategy to understand the MBA application process, identify target schools in the United States and Europe, and plan your postgraduate career.  You will be paired with a local coach who earned an MBA at a top-tier program and who will help you highlight your unique background and abilities to craft a strong business school application.

APPLICATION DETAILS

The TotalMBA Prep Program is open to Afro-descendant/Black and Indigenous (ADI) young professionals who are recent university graduates with at least two years of professional work experience.  The program accepts applications from citizens of Canada and countries in Latin America and Europe for the TotalMBA Prep Class of 2023.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for admission to the TotalMBA Prep Program, applicants must hold an undergraduate university degree and identify as Afro-descendant or Indigenous.

Personal Essay Questions

Personal essay questions are viewed by many universities, business schools, and admissions officers as one of the most important aspects of the application process.  For this reason, the TotalMBA Prep Program also considers the personal essay questions to be an extremely important aspect of our program and selection process.  We simply want to get to know you better.

We expect applicants to provide thoughtful and introspective responses to the personal essay questions within the application.  Therefore, it is important that you approach these essay questions and your response to each of them with with care and attention.

Only applications submitted through the TalentoTotal-Submittable portal by the deadline of Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. (18:00) Eastern Time (ET) will be eligible to be considered for the TotalMBA Prep Program.
